Given the number of things that can go wrong it is a sensible option to take advantage of our Meet & Greet service. Here are a few simple and practical steps, which will help ensure that our airport meets pass off smoothly from our client’s point of view.
- Please ensure that you email us the full flight arrival details. These should include: the flight number, the scheduled arrival date and time and mobile phone numbers as well as any company or organisation names, if appropriate.
- Please ensure that the passenger(s) being met are carrying J P Partners’ telephone number.
- AT J P Partners we always check the client’s estimated flight arrival times. This information usually becomes available shortly after take-off.
- Where appropriate, we ask the incoming client to telephone us after they have cleared any immigration procedures and are on their way to the baggage area.

We at J P Partners believe that one of our primary duties is to keep clients’ stress to a minimum. Some incoming clients can arrive tired and/or disoriented – when the arrivals area is very busy it is easy for them to walk past their chauffeur. For this reason we prefer working with agreed meeting points and with the use of mobile phones.
